KANSANSHI half marathon

Description:

Starting on the Trident College ring-road, runners complete one lap of the ring before they exit the school grounds and run 1km on smooth gravel to the Kansanshi Mine road. On the mine road, runners turn left, and enjoy long stretches of safe, well maintained roads through the Kansanshi Mine lease. After exiting the mine, runners will turn right and face a few small hills before re-entering the school grounds. Another lap of the ring-road brings runners onto the field and up to the festive finish line.
